IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR AIRPORT PICKUPS
When you book Avalon Limousine for an airport pick up, we offer complimentary curb-side (outside terminal) pickup (available at most airports), or meet-and-greet service inside the baggage claim area for an additional fee.
For inside, meet-and-greet service, your driver will be waiting for you in the baggage claim area for domestic flights, or just outside customs for international arrivals. Just look for your driver holding an Avalon Limousine sign with your name on it.
For outside pickups, you’ll receive a text message when you land with a number to connect directly with your driver. Call the number quoted in the text once you have cleared customs and collected your personal belongings from baggage claim.
Due to airport restrictions, our drivers cannot wait in front of most airport curbside pickup locations, and may have to circle or park in a remote area until you’re ready to be picked up. That’s why it’s best to call your driver and coordinate the exact location where you will be met.
